Lovell Gertrude Franklin
Lovell Gertrude Franklin, 95, of Elsmere, died Wednesday at Woodcrest Manor Nursing Home, Elsmere.
She was a homemaker and a member of New Banklick Baptist Church, Walton.
Her husband, Shade W. Franklin, died in 1987. A son, Windus D. Franklin, died in 2008.
Survivors include daughters, B. Sue Haynes of Southgate and Yolanda B. Somerville of Ludlow; a sister, Ocilla Lawson of Louisville; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Latonia. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Indianapolis, Ind.
