Birth
18 January 1859 | New Hampshire, USA
Leonia Whipple was born on 18 January 1859 in New Hampshire, USA. This is based on a birth record for an unnamed daughter to James Whipple and Hannah Page. The birth date on the headstone inscription is inconsistent with her date of death and age. When her age is subtracted from her date of death, the value is one month off from the date I am using as a birth date and it is consistent with her age of 11 on the 1870 US Census.
