Case and Sanderson ('The Family of John Page...') indicate Elizabeth is the daughter of John Lewis and Hannah Marshall but this is in doubt. I found 2 Elizabeth Lewis' married within a year of each other, one Elizabeth Lewis married Samuel Graves in Lynn, Ma and the other Elizabeth married Benjamin Page in Haverhill, Ma. George Harlan Lewis indicates that the Elizabeth that married Samuel Graves in lynn is the daughter of John Lewis Jr and this makes sense. That leaves me with unkonwn parents for Elizabeth that married Benjamin Page and, later, Samuel Gage.
